The International Festival of Ethnic Music and Land Art “Sheshory Podil’s’ki”

The “Sheshory Podil’s’ki” started as usual on 12 July, the day of St. Peter and Paul, which is the most important summer holiday in the Ukrainian countryside. It was hosted for three days by the village Vorobiyivka of the Nemyriv area of Vinnytsya region. Musicians from Ukraine, Georgia, Russia, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Great Britain, Sweden, Germany and France. Authentic folk and world-music, Podil views which were finely underlined by the land art objects, numerous work-shops, night performances, fairytales of Sashko Lirnyk, review of documentaries, jam-sessions in a jurt on one of the festival meadows and even more marvelous and unpredictable events.
