13–21.11.2009 PORT MONE Trio tour (Belarus)

The Port Mone has started a series of ArtPole agency festival tours in the friendly clubs of different cities of Ukraine. This time the route includes Vinnytsya, Dnipropetrovsk, Kyiv, Mykolayiv, Odesa, Ivano-Frankivsk and Lviv.

Musicians Port Mone state, that the music is everywhere, so it can start any moment, it can be always heard, felt and transferred into composition, environing music chaos. Any event can cause a new theme, which will be the beginning of new track. Consciously Port Mone attempt to make their compositions easy, but they effect their purpose by slight change of music structure and the way they express it. This let transform the space unnoticeably and softly and push the audience to face themselves. Accordion, percussion and bass guitar produce unruffled and unobtrusive melodies, the instruments seem to amuse, but in the same time they seize and back up each other easily. Their music is alive; it breathes, matures and brings you to the endless expanse, infinity. You get a feeling, that musicians just let music resound, emphasize its prodigy and they as well care not to deprave it with redundant and overshooting sounds. As musicians say, in order to perceive their music in full, it is just required to be attentive, gentle and brave.
