September 14–18 — Oyra + Kyrychenko's Tour

These were archaic pre-Christian tunes gathered during various ethnographic expeditions, interlaced with electronic music and seasoned by folk instruments. They combined ambient and electronic music, live natural melodies with industrial noises. Such a bright example of integration of the different cultures remote in time allows new perception of the traditional notions. The project performed in the frameworks of such festivals as ArtPole’2010, GOGOLFEST and Tandem, etc.

After the tour promoting a German release of their album “Klubok Mokoshy” (Mokosha’s Ball) across Germany and Poland the Ukrainian audience has received another opportunity to enjoy this unique experiment. Concerts were held in Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv, Ternopil, Vinnytsya and Kyiv.
